Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellations for scheduled sessions can be made via text message, phone call, or email: kerrieneilen.artist@gmail.com

    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will not be invoiced.  

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will be invoiced for 50% of the session cost, and if applicable will not include travel fees.  

    No-shows will be invoiced the full session fee.

    If it’s agreed that the cancellation was caused by an unavoidable emergency no fee will be invoiced.

  • Invoices are sent weekly via email with payment required with one week.
    Payment can be made via direct bank deposit.
    Reminders will be gently provided if payment has not been received by the due date.

    If you are having difficulty accessing your NDIS funds for art therapy, or feel the session fees are financially challenging for your current situation please don’t hesitate to let me know. I believe art should be as accessible, and will happily work with you to find a pricing scale suited to you and your needs.

Privacy Policy

  • Prior to commencing therapy with yourself or the young person you represent, we will go over a confidentiality and consent agreement. This agreement can be reviewed, adjusted, or withdrawn at any time.

  • All information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially and in compliance with Privacy Legislation. The only exception to this is when:

    Information is requested under specific circumstances by a Court of Law.

    Or

    There are serious concerns that you, or the person you represent, are at immediate risk of harm. This will be discussed first in-person wherever possible before any appropriate services are contacted.  

  • Brief notes will be taken to document attendance and engagement, and may include direct quotes or images of art work. All information is stored electronically and encrypted.  

Feedback & Complaints

  • In the event of a complaint regarding the services provided, please raise it with me as soon as possible by email or phone.

    Every effort will be made to address and resolve the complaint in a timely and respectful manner.  This may include scheduling additional sessions for discussion, adjusting the therapy plan, or seeking mediation or arbitration if necessary.
